It can be widely used in the lighting, socket and other electrical equipment feeder lines of civil buildings, department stores and factories, as well as in the distribution lines of large industrial enterprises and public distribution network.
 
 
 
3、 Product features
 
 
 
(1) The long-term allowable working temperature of this product is generally not more than 90 ℃, and the maximum temperature of cable conductor is not more than 250 ℃ in case of short circuit (the longest duration is not more than 5S).
 
 
 
(2) Good conductivity: the conductivity of aluminum alloy conductor is above 61% IACS. On the premise of meeting the same transmission capacity, the length of aluminum alloy cable with the same weight is about twice that of copper cable, and the conductor section should be increased by more than 60%. Similarly, the weight of aluminum alloy cable with the same length is about 1 / 2 of that of copper cable.
 
 
 
(3) High tensile performance: the tensile single weight ratio of aluminum alloy cable is about 30% higher than that of ordinary aluminum cable and about 50% higher than that of copper cable; its high tensile weight ratio is suitable for vertical laying.
 
 
 
(4) Excellent creep resistance: special alloy formula and heat treatment process greatly reduce the "creep" of metal under heating and pressure, and avoid overheating accidents caused by increased contact resistance.
 
 
 
(5) Stable connection performance: the alloy composition of aluminum alloy conductor greatly improves its connection performance, especially after the conductor is toughened, the added iron composition produces excellent creep resistance, which ensures the connection stability even in the case of long-time overload and overheating, which is close to the performance of copper conductor connected in the same way.
 
 
 
(6) Outstanding flexibility: the aluminum alloy conductor can withstand dozens of times of bending, which can eliminate the potential accidents caused by conductor cracking or breaking during cable installation, and improve the safety and reliability.
 
 
 
(7) Excellent installation performance: the flexibility of aluminum alloy conductor makes it have good bending performance, which makes it easier for terminal connection and installation bending. The use of self-locking armored cable makes the cable more flexible and easier to install than conventional armored cable; in fixed installation, the bending radius of self-locking armored cable can be 7 times of the outer diameter of the cable, and it can be directly laid along the wall and top of the building, eliminating the installation auxiliary facilities such as cable tray.
 
 
 
(8) Excellent anti resilience: bend the copper cable and aluminum alloy cable 90 degrees at room temperature. After the stress is released, the rebound angle of aluminum alloy cable is 60% of that of copper cable. Because the aluminum alloy cable has no memory, the rebound performance is better than that of copper core cable. In the installation process, the terminal connection joint is easy to be pressed, which increases its tightness and improves the stability of connection.
