3、 Product features
1. The conductor is 8000 Series conductor, which has the characteristics of high creep resistance, high flexibility, high elongation, high tensile strength, safe and stable connection. The details are as follows:
(1) Good conductivity: the conductivity of aluminum alloy conductor is above 61% IACS. On the premise of meeting the same transmission capacity, the length of aluminum alloy wire with the same weight is about twice that of copper wire, and the conductor section should be increased by more than 60%. Similarly, the weight of aluminum alloy wires of the same length is about half that of copper wires.
(2) Good tensile resistance: the tensile single weight ratio of aluminum alloy wire is about 30% higher than that of ordinary aluminum wire, and about 50% higher than that of copper wire. Its high tensile weight ratio is suitable for vertical laying.
(3) Excellent creep resistance: special alloy formula and heat treatment process greatly reduce the "creep" of metal under heating and pressure, and avoid overheating and accidents caused by increased contact resistance.
(4) Stable connection performance: the alloy composition of aluminum alloy conductor greatly improves its connection performance, especially after the conductor is toughened, the added iron composition produces excellent creep resistance, which ensures the connection stability even in the case of long-time overload and overheating, which is close to the performance of copper conductor connected in the same way.
(5) Outstanding flexibility: the aluminum alloy conductor can withstand dozens of times of bending, which can eliminate the potential accidents caused by conductor cracking or breaking in the process of wire installation, and improve the safety and reliability.
(6) Excellent anti resilience: bend copper wire and aluminum alloy wire 90 degrees at room temperature. After stress release, the rebound angle of aluminum alloy wire is 60% of that of copper wire. Because the aluminum alloy wire has no memory, so the rebound performance is better than the copper wire. In the installation process, the terminal connection joint is easy to press, which increases its tightness and improves the connection stability.
2. The insulation material is environment-friendly PVC cable material conforming to the European Union RoHS directive, which has the characteristics of environmental protection, acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, moisture resistance, mildew resistance, etc.

4. Long term maximum working temperature of wire: 70 ℃.
5. The laying temperature of wires should not be lower than 0 ℃.
6. Minimum allowable bending radius of wires during laying: (for wires with outer diameter (d) less than 25 mm, the allowable bending radius shall not be less than 4 D; for wires with outer diameter (d) greater than or equal to 25 mm, the allowable bending radius shall not be less than 6 D.)
